About This Camp
The Next Step Summer Intensive is a fun, challenging, and inspiring five-day program designed for intermediate to advanced dancers ages 10 to 17. Held in a welcoming and inclusive environment, students train with Brooklyn Ballet’s esteemed faculty and guest artists to refine their technique and expand their artistry. The daily curriculum offers a vibrant mix of styles, including ballet, pointe, and variations, alongside modern, contemporary, jazz, and Hip Hop. Each week wraps up with an exciting in-studio showcase, giving these young pre-professionals a wonderful opportunity to share their growth and passion with family and friends.
A placement audition is required for Level II (ages 10-12) and Level III/IV (ages 13-17) students prior to registering.
