About This Camp
Can you imagine a fun, dynamic, and engaging summer camp focused on the culinary arts?
Students make their own lunch on the last day of camp!
This week, we’ll explore seasonal fruits and veggies to create exciting cooking projects and delicious dishes to take home.
This week’s theme: DOUGHS!
Our mission is to introduce children to a variety of cultures through food and cooking.
Each recipe and activity is designed to teach cultural appreciation while encouraging creativity and joy in the kitchen.
Throughout the week, children will:
Learn about ingredients, seasonal produce, and healthy eating habits. Practice basic cooking prep, dough-making, knife skills, and plating. Discover the fun of teamwork and the satisfaction of creating a meal from scratch.
During our “Doughs” week, we’ll dive into Focaccia 101, learning to make it from scratch, along with different pasta doughs such as cavatelli, fettuccine, gnocchi, ravioli, and more!
We’ll also prepare some morning snacks and a group lunch together.
Some of our yummy recipes include: Homemade basil lemonade Ice cream or popsicles
On the last day of camp, students take the lead! Together, we’ll plan and vote for our lunch menu.

Classes are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we can not reschedule any missed classes.
