About This Camp
Daring Girls invites girls to explore nature and celebrate and discover the heroines and goddesses of mythology, inspiring creativity, confidence and, of course, daring. Each day the Daring Girls ignite their creative spirit with weekly craft projects inspired by mythology, challenge themselves to complete obstacle courses and puzzles, explore the natural environment of Prospect Park on nature walks, and ultimately go on an adventure inspired by the tale of a mythological goddess or hero to unlock their own power.
Sample Schedule
9:00 AM – Drop-off 9:15 AM – Morning Muster and Sword Circle 10:00 AM – Morning break 10:30 AM – Morning activities! 12:00 PM – Lunch 12:30 PM – Free time 1:00 PM – Demigod’s Choice (electives) 2:00 PM – Snack and bathroom break 2:30 PM – Afternoon activities! 3:30 PM – Pack up
