About This Camp
Did you know Brooklyn is home to over 400 different tree species? Learn about the incredible living things that call NYC home in this special program. We’ll identify leaves, test our Brooklyn bird-song IQ and observe local city critters. Along the way, we’ll learn about conservation as we help keep our park clean, use a working compass to find treasure and wrap up the week with a colorful plant pigment party!
The outdoor program is designed to be booked only once per child in the summer, as the content and activities remain consistent throughout the season.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
We understand that issues come up and want to accommodate family requests. We also take a great deal of time preparing materials and staffing for each special day at The Tiny Scientist. If canceling four weeks before the start of your program, you will receive credit for the value of the program, minus a $75 cancellation fee. If canceling two weeks, you will receive a 50% credit for the value of the program, minus a $75 cancellation fee. Credits can be used for future workshops, classes or parties (subject to availability, for up to 1 year from the date the credit is issued). After that, no credits will be given. There are no refunds of any kind.
